Our Founder:

Scott Frasure is a devoted father of two, Dylan and Eleanor. He is a 1989 graduate of Russell High School and served in the U.S. Navy from 1989 to 1992 as a member of the VF-1 Wolfpack, the F-14 Tomcat Fighter Squadron. His military service included time at NAS Miramar (known as Top Gun) and onboard the USS Ranger, participating in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

After completing his military service, Scott pursued his education at Eastern Kentucky University in 1996 and graduated from Ohio University in 1999. While attending college, he began his communications career as a radio DJ at WCTT in Corbin, Kentucky. Shortly thereafter, he returned to the tri-state area and worked as an on-air personality at WPAY in Portsmouth, Ohio. He then transitioned to WSAZ, NEWS CHANNEL 3, in the news production department while also working at WLGC.

In 1999, Scott started a career at Clear Channel Radio (now iHeartMedia) as the midday personality for WTCR. During his time there, he helped develop the KISS radio format for the tri-state area, performed play-by-play commentary for Russell High School football from 2001 to 2007, and hosted WTCR's Homegrown Country radio show. He co-founded the annual holiday canned food drive for River Cities Harvest, which ran for over 20 years, and established the Hike Against Hunger event benefiting River Cities Harvest, lasting nearly a decade. 

In 2000 Scott started Scott Frasure Enterprises (SFE), a professional sound and lighting company providing DJ Services, Live Music PA Sound & Lighting, Studio Recording, Hosting and Entertainment services. SFE Operated in and around the Tri-State until 2011.

In 2009, Scott transitioned careers and became an AmeriCorps Volunteer in Service to America at River Cities Harvest. This move led to fulfilling roles over the next 14 years with organizations such as Feeding America, the American Red Cross, United Way of the Bluegrass, Jobs for Kentucky's Graduates, and Sunrise Children's Services, where he successfully raised nearly $6 million from 2011 to 2024.

Scott joined the Winchester, KY Rotary Club in 2017 and served as Club President in 2018 and 2019. 

He is a skilled copywriter, having written and produced hundreds of radio commercials while at Clear Channel Radio. In 2007, he earned certification as a Professional Commercial Copywriter through the Radio Advertising Bureau and is also a 2011 graduate of the Community Leadership Development program with the Ashland Alliance.
